I totally goofed and ordered the wrong size. (I ordered men’s size instead of women’s) The pair I ordered in 9.5 is on the way to me. Can I swap them for 11 after I receive them? I’m so sorry for the trouble. I ordered a pair from you last month and I absolutely love them.
