Orange citrine & diamond sterling silver pendant

This is a gorgeous genuine orange citrine and natural diamond sterling silver 3 tier pendant. There are 2 natural / genuine diamonds on the top and bottom of each square section. They test positive for diamond with the diamond selector II diamond tester. Stamped 925 for sterling silver on the top section. It comes with an adjustable black silk strap or a silver tone 18 inch chain (depending on your preference). New with tags.
