jerseyglam @itsmisspowell Hi! Laid flat measured with the waist un-stretched the small is approx. 11 7/8" stretches to approx. 15". The medium is approx. 12 1/2" stretches to approx. 17". The large is approx. 13" and stretches to approx. 18". Hope this helps!
