So so sparkly pretty but it runs big and I never wore it. It's a fluffy sweater skirt-- similar feel to the eyelash cardigans- with fully elastic waistband. Tagged XL, fits more like a 1X or 2X and you want this to be a little tighter fitting because it's really stretchy and you don't want it to shimmy down...or maybe you do want that...I'm not here to judge.
