Beautiful and soft bustle skirt bought at Hot Topic in the Y2K era. Has a slit in the back of the underskirt so it's easier to walk around in. Has a small tear at the top of the slit but is not noticable. Has no stretch and true to size. I also have this in an XS. Has a matching bodice! Please look at other listings. I would like to sell as a set. Will offer discounts if bundled with the bodice.
