Breathtaking black tiered ruffled lace cocktail dress with silver designs on the lace. Sheath style silhouette, and built-in black velvet ribbon going around under the bust with a bow in front. Strapless, has a zipper in the back. Fully lined. Perfect for special occasions! Brand is Ruth by Anthropologie. This dress is a RARE find - I haven't seen a single one like it here! (Was hoping to find one in a smaller size.) Size 8. I'm 5'4 and it rests against my knee. In excellent condition! Worn only once for a wedding.
