We cannot swap auction wins or stop and rewind the show for screenshots, please take them for your records as you are announced as auction winner. If customer claims to have been hacked, their child, sister, or mother in law bid on items resulting in winning auctions and an order being created, the order will be shipped, poshmark will be contacted & police depending on the situation, and you will be blocked. DURING SHOW jewelry is pulled at random, no requests for specific items please as we are not a store with inventory at hand with specifications equipped to handle requests. If customer continues to ask this will be deemed harassment and you will be muted. NEW CUSTOMERS WITHOUT FEEDBACK, due to unverified payments and fraud, any account with zero feedback will be capped until one order has been accepted.
