Vintage “Top Style” velvet shift dress with chain-like straps made of silver embroidered fabric! Really unique and flattering. Note that The tag says large but this definitely fits more like a small/medium. I typically wear a 4/6 and it fits very comfortably. Got this at a vintage boutique and it is in excellent condition.
