Understanding it has a longer train in the back, the front is 60” from shoulder to floor. The train adds about 10” The waist is 14”. Chest 15”. Hip 15”. It has some stretch so those are estimates.

It is 100% polyester. It’s a very nice, soft and lined polyester which has some stretch. I’ve added the tags to the pix.
