This is from the sold out re-release of the collection Marc Jacobs did in 2018 that referenced his grunge pieces from 1993. It has a sheer striped shell with round floral buttons at the top. It has an empire waistline and a black lining. You could just wear the shell and pair with pants if desired. It was only worn once for a few hours.
