Royal blue A line dress

This vibrant blue dress is just lovely on. It has a nice chiffon outer layer so it has the flowy feminine appeal with the liner attached. This is an A line so the fabric swings away from the body making for a really pretty piece. I styled it with a complimentary cardigan, but the sky is the limit. This is both work and event appropriate.
