Brown Polka Dot Surplice Dress

Lovely brown & white polka dot dress with solid brown accents on the high waist and V-neck. Surplice style with cap sleeves. The fabric is smooth and silky-feeling, and quite stretchy. SIZE: The stamp with size and materials got worn off, but I would estimate that it's a size small. It's stretchy enough to also fit size medium. Width 15 inches - measured lying flat across where the brown band is. Length - I'm 5'3 and it hits me right at the knee. Condition: in good used condition
