60s/70s Mod Blue Beaded Dress‎

This pretty Dress by Marcy Allen is in excellent condition with the exception of needing a new hem out on. I promise you do not want me to do the hem, so I've reduced the price on this (and I also didnt steam it, but DID wash it, hence the wrinkles). The beading is excellent. Shown on a 6 and best fit 6.
