60s Mod Black Mini Dress‎

This dress is hand made and in very good condition with the exception of a white mark below the bust, as shown. I havent tried to wash it off, it may come off, I just wasnt comfortable cleaning this piece myself. There are sequins both under the bust and at the neckline.
