60s Ice Blue Vintage Mike Benet Chiffon & Silver Sparkle Formal Dress MCM VLV 8

Beautiful dress from the early to mid 1960's. It is a Mike Benet Formal which was a Dallas company that was in business for over 45 years. vintage size 8 which means a modern size small or extra small. This dress features a beautiful sparkling glitter abstract design to the the entire top and around the bust making an absolutely amazing focal point. It has a high neck with no real shoulder, a sheer chiffon overlay to the breast over an acetate material. I couldn’t zip it up all the way as I’m 36D-30-39. The bottom is a beautifully cut chiffon fabric over the same acetate cloth and cut forgiving so that it drapes and flows fantastically as you sweep through a room or down a staircase. The fabric is soft & supple with all beads well attached. It is in excellent vintage condition with no visible rips, tears, or holes. It has not yet been dry cleaned. It does have a small stain which is barely noticeable.
