60s‎ Handmade Tan, Green, and Orange Plaid Miniskirt

This adorable Skirt is in excellent condition. Not wool, as you can see the backside of the fabric has a different texture than the front. I'm not familiar enough with 60s fabric to have a good opinion on what it is.
