Vintage Poncho with fringe and buttons are wrapped in yarn top and bottoms are used to button the others are for looks. It has velcro down the front behind buttons. I placed a size but there is not a size on this item I tried it on I can wear xl and just now wearing some large. It fit me fine. It was made in the Rebulic of Korea
