Egyptian Goddess with Wing-arms Oddity Paperweight

Very interesting vintage Egyptian Goddess paperweight. She is kneeling and has her arms stretched out, but they have been flattened at the ends! Might be Cleopatra. Nothing more is known of her. She is a copper/bronze tone metal. Stone is a yellow-brownish cream with off-white striations. In excellent condition; no damage. Please check all pictures.
