Billion Shield floral dress with pleated detail. Dress slips over head and is tied at waist with belt in same floral pattern. Skirt of dress is a tulip hem style. Dress is in good pre-loved condition with the exception of the belt which is tearing but can be easily fixed (see pic). No size tag but measures to a medium.
