Possibly tried on but no signs of wear. The soles are slightly dark, it's not dirt. I own several of this style and that's the way they come. Slight cosmetic imperfection on left shoe. Bluish smudge (same color as shoes). Probably a manufacturer defect. No original tags or packaging. Comfortable style from personal experience.
