Size 12 Line and Dot Heda Flared Dress - VEUC - never worn but has a red tag and writing on back of size tag…so listing as used, otherwise perfect and never worn. Such pretty pattern, almost looks embroidered throughout. Older Anthro Style - Bust 20”, 17” waist, 37” length. Material has no stretch.
