Bought from SHEIN, but is another brand they carry. Great quality, NWOT, so never worn. Red floral print on white background. Dress it up or down. Has elasticized back so will fit many sizes. Has tie under the bust. Shoulders could be worn up or down. Smocked stretchy back, side zip and stretchy fabric throughout the dress.

Hope this helps and thanks for shopping my closet! I have tons of unlisted NWT and preloved (most worn only once or tag removed and never worn). Dresses, separates, Sets etc. If there are styles you’re looking for I probably have it.
