rougelips@abranch91 Hello! Yes, you cannot wear a bra with it because of the deep V and open back. You can wear pasties on top of the nipple area but it’s not an absolute necessity. The top part is lined. To keep the top in place, you have to make sure you choose the correct dress size for your chest, and tighten the back straps to your comfort - they are adjustable. Or you can use fashion tape, but there shouldn’t be a need for that if you follow the recommendations above 😊
