Very cute short-sleeved lacy crochet look dress with scoopneck, empire waistline, and slightly flared skirt by Madison. Soft gathers at chest just above the waistline accentuate and flatter figure. Fully lined. Dress is in EUC, with no flaws that I could find.
Approximate measurements:
Chest: 20"
Empire waist: 18.5"
Length (measured from neck to hemline, down center of back): 36"
