@dawntastic1 Hello! The tags do not include a fabric list. I do not think it is itchy. I wore for this picture with a tank top. However, I only had it on, maybe 10-15 tops. Even touching it, it feels so soft. Wish I could let you know of fabric, but I truly could not be sure.
