Brand new from store. Run small. Fit more like a mens 9. Insole length measures 10", which is between and 8.5/9 for men's shoes. Because these are made of stretchable canvas, 9 should work fine. (My husband is a true 10 in all shoes and this pair of Toms is about a size too small)
