BeBe Dress with made-in slip

This dress was purchased 3 years ago and I’ve only worn once. It’s very cute, but I’ve outgrown it. It measures 15 inches from armpit to armpit, and about 17 inches in the hip area. The material is soft a soft cotton blend with a little stretch, but I wouldn’t say a whole lot of stretch. (Thus me being a size L now, I can no longer fit it haha). It’s a cute army-like green with a perforated design pattern, but not see-thru anywhere as it has an under dress that feels like a soft tee-shirt.
