Vintage 80s windcheater 3/4 length. Olive green, a slight shiny effect on one side - reversible! Lots of cool panel/ puff/ drawstring/ button details (see pictures). The tassles are frayed at the end (see pics). One small oil(?) mark on the back (see pic) - I had never noticed it until I was photographing it!
