Vintage 90s 00s Forever 21 super sexy dress

It’s 100% polyester, it’s incredibly soft, comfy and well made! Like extremely well made! the breast part hold you in super well, it’s very flattering. Was meant with a belt as it has loops but I don’t have a belt for it. Has two side slits. Super cute pattern and lovely tan, brown and white colors. Kinda mod! There is no size tag but it’s like a small. Maybe listed as a medium back then but def will fit a small. Sorry for the pics not being the best. They are just to show how it fits 😅
