The skirts are created from new unused t-shirts. -Each is individually dyed and unique. -The waistband is made from Spandex. The skirts are tubular shaped with an elastic waistband. -Each size is also unique and individual. Depending on the size of each skirt, they can fit girls to ladies. Please SEE MEASRMENTS in EACH listing for the exact sizes of each skirt, pictures can sometimes be deceiving. -The skirts are premade, not made to order.
