what are the measurements? also is it stretchy?

@sierramccallist I’m not positive on exact measurements but I’m 5’3 and have a 24inch waist. But I have long legs and a short torso. One of my taller friends tried it on and it fit her fine she’s 5’6. The waist band is stretchy. The chaps have some give to them but aren’t like fish net material they are a lot thicker
