kgsouthbeach@chevymom5007 IT IS! Keep in mind that the top part is NOT lined, so it’s semi-sheer. Also, all the ruffles and stuff make it less sheer, but you’d still be able to see a bra in the back. I can give you 40% off if you’re interested! (L’atiste is sooo expensive so I’m careful on what I purchase from them. But these dresses are good sellers. People love them!)

kgsouthbeach@chevymom5007 Sorry for my late response! I think the medium because WR+C runs a little on the small side. Not that this is going to be too big! It runs pretty much true to size and the waist has drawstrings on each side that you can cinch to your liking. I also have one in a mint green that's similar. Both are GORGEOUS! I don't know if I have the other listed or not...I've got so much stuff still to be listed that it's insane!
