How can one describe a gem such as this vintage neon barkcloth skirt? Seriously. This maxi skirt is handmade from the 1970's probably. The texture is very soft resembling bark.
Vivid floral pattern. Button & zip side closure.
32" waist no elastic, 41" long, S-M fit.
From my personal collection. May sell one day.
I have others similar.
This skirt would glow underneath a blacklight.
