Sterling silver with pointed/faceted blue topaz cabochon
The pendant is 10x14 mm. The snake chain is 16 inches long and about 2 mm wide with a toggle clasp
Choker length, should sit above the collar bone
Signed on the back, fantastic quality, but I was unfortunately not able to identify the maker
