onedogandacat@4_aloweha hello, I would say these run true to size. Also they are a suede so they will open up more as well. They definitely do not run large. I only wore them a couple times and they were comfortable on me. I wear anywhere between a 7.50 to an 8 depending on shoe. I’m selling because they are just too high for me cause I rolled both my ankles and finding heels unless really low just are too uncomfortable for me
