Through research found this is a California Things shawl. Purchased at a high end resale shop for $65. Hence, why the tag is cut. In good shape. What I like most about this shawl is the size and weight of the fringe. My favorite way to wear was with low rise jeans, lacy tank and tied around my hips. Endless possibilities with this vintage shawl. Thank you for visiting my shop.

are this cotton?

There is not a tag. But it feels like a Cotten blend, from experience I would say 90% cotton with 10% spandex. It has the weight of Cotten. I hope this helps. I will be able to take more photos about 4pm today: Texas time. Lov , Phylajanes
