Brand new with tags; never worn, only tried on. No rips, fraying or pilling. There is a very tiny black dot on the back inside of the blouse. It does not show through the other side, and may be washable. Pure white, flowy, mini dress with a sheer outer lining, and white underlining (prevents see-through), wide v-neck, and long bell sleeves that end with a lacy trim. Gorgeous!
