Kate Spade Starfish Skirt

Brand new Kate Spade starfish skirt from her Broome Street collection. This skirt is a size 6 and is a crisp white with deep blue starfish throughout. The material is feels like a thick yet breathable canvas. The front appears pleated while the back appears straight and the skirt zips in the back.
