Guess Black Stretchy Ruched Pencil Skirt

Black pencil skirt by Guess is very soft & stretchy with ruching in the back. Size medium. It’s lined. Lying flat, it’s 14 inches across the waist (the waist fabric is also stretchy). Total length is about 19 inches. Zips up the back. I’m modeling the skirt for the photos & I’m 5’9. It’s new with tags/not previously worn.
