stephmassoHi Vivian! I'm so sorry I haven't been in contact with you the past few days but I've had a few difficulties. anyway, I just want to say OMG!!! This is the absolute cutest bear I have ever seen! I just can't get over it! I am just so ecstatic!! My mom is just going to absolutely adore this!

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Yay!!! Im glad you like it! Do you want the flower or ribbon/bow around the ear?

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoIt is extremely difficult for me to decide which way I like the best but I think I'm going to go with the ribbon but I'm wondering if there's any possible way you could also add another bow with that purple one, like either a little lighter purple like lavender and maybe have it sheer instead of solid? Or maybe a sheer White? Or would that not look right?

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoAlso, I just wanted to ask if you do these custom orders very often? I would really like to have a few more specific ones made but I don't want to overwhelm you if it's something that you don't normally do.

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso what if I over lap it? That purple ribbon with lavender or white together? Both ribbons in the bow? Does that make sense?

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoI also wanted to ask about the one that was in my bundle that was a picture with a like girl with big eyes and I think one of them had a mint green frame and the other one had a gold frame. I really like the color combinations that you used with the one that had the mint green frame however I wanted the frame to be in yellow if that was at all possible?

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso yes I would love to have custom orders!

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso I can not do that. The painting is already glued to frame! Sorry!

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoAlso, if that is something that you could do, I'm not sure if the color combinations of the little girl's face and background would still look good with a yellow frame or if those colors would have to change (which would be fine if it would have to. I just want it to look really cute cuz this is for my daughter).

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso I painted those girls to match the frames. If you would like me to paint another one I would be more than happy to do that! I will spray paint the frame yellow and paint the girl with matching colors/colors that flow with frame.

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoI'm sure you think I'm crazy but there is good reason for all of this. I usually don't like to get into much personal issues with anyone I don't know too well, but I wanted to sort of give you a brief explanation as to my madness!

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso NO WORRIES! You tell me what you want and I’ll try to give you that!! No explanation needed!

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoSo, I have the big "C"! I was first diagnosed back in 2005. Since that time, I have been diagnosed an additional three times with my most recent diagnosis being in 2019 and stage 4. I have four children (a 20 year old daughter, an 18 year old son, and two 23 year old twin boys).

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso I’m sorry to hear!!! Hang in there! You sound like a fighter and you will get through this!!!

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoThey have all had a very rough go at it in their very young lives. Their father passed away a few years ago and now they face the possibility of also losing their mother (me). I want to give them all something very special. I plan to write each of them a letter and attach it to their bears so that they might have something to help them find at least a small piece of comfort in moments of sadness.

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoTherefore, the MOST ADORABLE bears I have ever seen!! As with my mom, they are going to LOVE them!!!! 😊❤

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso oh my goodness that is so sweet!

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso I’m here to make whatever you want!!!

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoThank you SO VERY MUCH for your kindness!!😊

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoOk, so I need to check on some colors and then I'll get back to you to let you know what colors I would like the Bears. You can go ahead with the picture of the girl with a yellow frame. Oh, and I also wanted that skull statue. It had those black and raspberry flowers on it (or whatever color that was), but I wanted the flowers changed to just that black one and then add a yellow one to that.

Apr 22Reply

stephmassoOh gosh, I already know I'm going to drive you cRaZy!! 😋😉 I'm sorry!!

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso ok sounds great! This bear that I made for your mom is the only fuzzy yarn that I have.

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso no worries!!!

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso You are not going to drive me CRAZY! I have 3 daughters and a husband. Never a dull moment in my life!! If anything crocheting has helped me deal with everything here!!

Apr 22Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there! I posted new pictures of the teddy bear with an added ribbon and also with a bee. The bee is not glued on there so if you don’t like it it can be removed!

Apr 23Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda 🌸 Hi Vivian! How are you today? Just thought I would peek in on you to see how everything is going with that picture of that girl that I wanted with a yellow frame? Also, I'm wondering what your thoughts are regarding the yarn for the other bears I would like to order?!??

Apr 27Reply

stephmasso Is there any way you could get some of that same type yarn you used for my mom's bear? I mean, I would even try to find some on the internet if needed and then have it sent directly to you?? I don't know! Do you have any thoughts or ideas? Let me know what you think! Thank you, Vivian! Have a really great day!!!!😊🌼🌸

Apr 27Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!!!!! First let’s start with your moms bear. Do you like the ribbons?

Apr 27Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda Absolutely LOVE the ribbons. Not 100% on the bee. You can see it better than I can...what do You think?! If there is a way to make it so that the bee could moved (sometimes on and sometimes off) that would make a Huge difference).!!

Apr 27Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso I say no bee! The ribbon alone is perfect!

Apr 27Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso How many more bears do you need? And I found more of that yarn!!!! Yay! But I hope I have enough yarn!

Apr 27Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda Perfect!! No bee it is! 😊

Apr 28Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda. Hi! How are you today? I'm not sure where you are located but I live in Minnesota and it is a beautiful bright and sunny day today! It has been sort of gloomy for the past 4 days so this sunshine is a wonderful change!! 😊

Apr 28Reply

stephmassoOk, so I need 4 more bears I think. Maybe 5. I for sure need one with yellow "accents", one with blue, another purple (and maybe with the flower this time). I guess I'm not 100% sure yet on that so maybe you could start working on the yellow and blue ones and that will give me time to think.

Apr 28Reply

stephmassoAnd then I also need at least one more but I'm not sure if that one will be red or green, so I'll have to get back to you on that one too! Also, just so we're on the same page, when I talk about the colors I'd like what I mean is that I'd like the bows, the heart, and whatever else there was that you did on the purple one, I'd like that this same way with all of these remaining bears. I hope that makes sense!??

Apr 28Reply

stephmassoI hope you have enough of the yarn I want, but if not, just let me know and hopefully we can figure out where we could get more. As I previously mentioned, I would be more than happy to look on the internet or wherever else so that I can get this same kind.

Apr 28Reply

stephmassoWell, I think I've talked your ear off long enough so I will let you go for now! Take care and Stay safe my friend! Have a Great evening! 😊🌸💜

Apr 28Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!!!! I’m getting my roof done and there’s stuff everywhere!! So I’m sorry I didn’t respond right away! I found more of the same yarn like your moms bear. It looks like that type of yarn is being discontinued. I’m hoping I have enough to make 4-5 bears!!!! I might have to get some more before it sells.

Apr 29Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso One question! Do you still need the painting?

Apr 29Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda. Yes, I still need her too, with a yellow frame! 😊🌼

Apr 29Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso great! I only have one frame left and hopefully when I spray paint it it will come out ok!!!! What shade of yellow? Light, medium or dark yellow?

Apr 29Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda. Oh My, Vivian! Here you go asking me those creative questions that I know nothing about!!!! 😅 Well, I guess it's a toss up and I'll have to go with middle yellow!! Thank You!!!😊

Apr 29Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Sounds good!

Apr 29Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Sorry that it’s taking me so long to make these bears! This yarn is very difficult to work with😩 I have a hard time seeing the stitches!

Apr 29Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda Its totally OK! I am in NO rush! Really! Take a break! Take your time!! I don't need them until the end of June, so REALLY, DONT HURRY!!!

Apr 29Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso ♥️

Apr 29Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso another question! Are these bears for females?

Apr 29Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda. One is for my mom, one is for my daughter, 3 are for my sons, and possibly one more (which would just be a sort of "neutral").

Apr 29Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Yes I know the purple one I’ve made is for your mom. I just need to know so that I don’t make them too girlie 😬

Apr 29Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda. No worries! 3 are for boys but no matter how you make them is Perfect!!! 💖

Apr 29Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso awww thank you! Here’s my number (818) 939-9095 I think it’s best to communicate that way better! But only if you feel comfortable!!!

Apr 29Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso I found you on Instagram!

Apr 30Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda That's funny! I haven't been on my Instagram for years!! I think my daughter uses my account once in a while. The only thing I'm ever on is YouTube!! 😊

Apr 30Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso hahaha!

Apr 30Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!!! I finished crocheting the other 4 bears (total of 5 including your moms). I just haven’t put the eyes on and stitched heart and ribbons/bows! But yay!!! These 4 bears are a little bigger than your moms. I used a bigger hook so I can see the stitches better...I’m sorry about that but they’re super cuter!!!

May 04Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso quick question....the yellow ribbon will be for your daughter?

May 04Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda. Hi Vivian! Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Haven't been feeling well so I kind of ditched my phone for most the day. 😁 Anyway, yes, the yellow is for my daughter. The Blue is for one of my sons. The purple is the one I wanted to make it the ribbon and flower this time.

May 05Reply

stephmassoAnd I still need to get you that one more, which I will try to get to you soon. I'm trying to be sneaky getting my kids favorite colors and I think they are starting to figure out that mom is up to something! I hear lots of whispering going on!! Lol 😲😆!!! Hope your week is going well so far! Take care, Be safe and Many Blessings. Your new found friend, Steph

May 05Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi! No worries! Just to make this clear. I made 4 more bears for your children. So I have your daughters (yellow). You also mentioned to make one with blue. That’s 2 children. Now for the next 2 children. What colors for them?

May 05Reply

stephmasso What are the colors you have done so far? Just now thinking that maybe you got them all, maybe I did sneak my way into finding out the last one, but not sure until I know all of the colors.

May 05Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso I have your moms (purple) Your daughter (yellow) Your son (blue) And 2 bears left with no colors

May 05Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda Ok, how about one more purple, a little less girlie than my moms. I originally thought I wanted a flower on this one but I changed my mind. So this one will be for my son Henry. Now I just have one more to get to you, which is for my son Spencer. I will try to get that to you in the next day. Thanks So much!!

May 05Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!! Yes I knew you wanted another purple but I don’t know why I thought you might have wanted an additional bear for that🤷🏻‍♀️. Sorry about that! I’m hitting 50 and this damn menopause is literally kicking my ASS! I swear I’m losing my mind half of the times. So for your sons I’ll use ribbon but not too girlie. I’ll figure something out!💛💙💜

May 05Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda. Ha! Lol! 😊 I can TOTALLY hear ya on the 50 thing, I just turned 52 about 2 weeks ago, UGH!!! Not your fault about the purple thing. That was totally my fault because I had said I wanted another purple one with a flower this time. Not sure what the heck I was thinking and I don't even have menaupaus to blame!! I had a full hysterectomy when I went through cancer the second time and got Slammed right into it...Lucky me! lol.

May 05Reply

stephmassoAnyway, Yes, we should have one purple for my mom. Then: Destiny - Yellow Jack - Blue Henry - Purple Spencer: Yet to be determined. I will try to get to you as quickly as possible with that decision.

May 05Reply

stephmassoThen, we should also have the skull and the little girl picture with the yellow frame. Does all of this And the list above sound correct to you?

May 05Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi! Yes it’s all clear ♥️

May 05Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!!! I spray painted the frame and it looks great!!! Yay!!!

May 06Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda Ohhhh, I'm SO excited! And OF COURSE it does!! Only the Best from The Very Best!!! ❤💜💜💛💙? Lol!! 😊 Should be able to touch base later to fill in that final "?"!!

May 06Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso awwww thank you!!!

May 06Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there! How are you? Do you want the little girl painting the same? Same color hair? Bow? I know you were concern about the color combination of the frame and the colors in the painting. Which I think are super adorable. It flows really nice!!! But if you want different color hair or anything else a different please let me know!

May 08Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Happy Mother’s Day!♥️

May 09Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there! I haven’t heard from you. All ok?

May 15Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda Hi!!! Been a tough week but doing better. Thank you for checking in on me!! 😊😉 So, I think I had another bear left to give you the color for and I'm gonna say green. This one will be for my son Spencer. Been having a hard time trying to figure out the color for him, but I'm just going to make an executive decision and go with Green!!😊

May 15Reply

stephmassoAfter this, I should be done for now....except I might want something with one of your mice too! I just LOVE your creations!!! 😊 Hope all is going Great with you! Talk again soon!

May 15Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso HI!!! Glad you’re better! Got the green! How about the painting? Do you want the same color hair? Bow? For the little girl painting?

May 15Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda I guess I'm not sure about the painting. All I know is that I really liked the one you did with the light green frame. For mine, I wanted a yellow frame instead and then whatever you think. I am NOT artistic one tiny bit so I don't know what looks good with what! I trust your judgement!!😊 This is for my 20 year old daughter if that matters at all!😉

May 15Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso I already spray painted the frame a beautiful soft yellow!!! I’m going to draw/paint the little girl the same as the one you like♥️

May 15Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!!! I just want to let you know everything is done!!!

May 17Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda. Ok Hon! Gosh, I'm SO excited!!!😊 Just let me know what I owe you (besides my life! Ha lol!😊) and how you'd like me to "square" up with you. I just can't thank you enough!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!! And don't think your getting rid of me too easy!! I already KNOW I want more!! 😊 You are SO awesome!! A Great Posher, an absolutely Awesome Creator, and now...a new friend! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!❤

May 18Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso YOU ARE WELCOME!♥️ What I’m going to do is post everything and you tell me if you want any changes to anything. I’ll post here....with your moms bear. Give me a couple of hours. I’m taking a cycling class this morning!!🚴🏻‍♀️

May 18Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!!! It’s all posted! It’s all in the same post with your moms bear!

May 18Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Just one thing I'm wondering is if you maybe have a different green instead of the olive green?? If not, it's not a big deal. I wasn't clear on the exact green. So, PLEASE No hard feelings! I hate even saying anything.....but if you have a more traditional green. Like the crayon color green or like green grass, I think that is more of the color that Spencer likes.

May 18Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso No worries!!! Please!!! I will buy some green yarn today!

May 18Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!!! Green heart done! See the picture and let me know what you think.

May 19Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there! Hope everything is ok?

May 21Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda Hi! I kind of need to be quick here but felt the need to reach out to you so you wouldn't think that I was blowing you off or something. I'm so sorry that I haven't gotten back to you quicker. I had a family emergency two nights ago and my stepfather, who has really been like a real dad to me since I was 3 years old, passed away. I am actually in South Carolina currently and will be here for about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks to help my mom with the immediate issues.

May 23Reply

stephmassoSo, I wanted to let you know that everything looks SO wonderful!! Thank you so very much for all that you have done for me!! I'm not sure how you want to handle the payment stuff so just let me know what I owe you and how you'd like to handle. I'm not sure that I will be able to "finalize" everything with you until I get back so if you want to wait to actually post it (if that's how you want to handle) so nobody else purchases, that might be best.?!??

May 23Reply

stephmassoI probably will not be on Posh for a bit so that I can focus on my bigger picture right now. But no worries because I WILL NOT forget about you (I may check-in with my messages on Posh a few times but only to look for any messages from you.) Ok, so I need to go. Again, I sincerely apologize for not connecting with you sooner.

May 23Reply

stephmassoSo, Take care, Be good, Be safe, Wear your seatbelt, Do Not text while driving, Laugh from your gut, And REALLY know (and believe) what a wonderful person you are! Will talk again soon!! Hugs! Steph

May 23Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!!! So sorry to hear!!! I’ll wait till you get back home. I’ll leave everything the way it is!!

May 23Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda Thank You! 😔

May 23Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso You’re welcome! Glad you’re ok ♥️

May 23Reply

vvillaneda@stephmasso Hi there!! Hope all is well!

Jun 10Reply

stephmasso@vvillaneda 🌸 Hi Vivian! Sorry it's been so long since we've spoken! I feel awful! Things have been just So crazy with going back and forth to South Carolina where my mom lives. My brother lives in Georgia and he has been going back and forth as well (the only difference is that it's only a 4 hour drive for him, whereas I have to spend nearly a whole day flying and traveling!! And it's also costing me a lot more...A Ton of money that I don't have to be traveling so much!!)

Jul 01Reply

stephmassoAnyway, I'll be home this weekend but will continue doing this back and forth for a little while yet. So I want to figure out when I will be around for you to send my stuff. Have you figured out what I owe you?? Why don't you let me know whenever you can so I can work on getting you paid and figure out a good time for you to send.

Jul 01Reply

stephmassoAgain, I'm So, So sorry for my little delay in connecting with you! I promise to do much better moving forward! Ok, so it's 4:45 a.m. so I better try to get some sleep before the sun comes up! Talk to you again soon! 🌸❤ - Steph
