smfleetReviews seem to indicate this dress runs very very small despite the stated measurements. Thoughts? I’m normally a 4 in this silhouette but worried it may be too tight. I have a small rib cage and waist but I do have boobs. TY!

I was not blessed w/volume up top, so I'm unfamiliar w/that struggle. 😕 However, I've read the small bust reviews and when you factor in the weight of the dress, gravity may work against you. The bust is padded + lined, so you can work with a tailor to adjust the fit if necessary.
