So much detail. Love the colors. Can be worn as a top or a mini dress. Beautiful shades of blue, accented with silver embroidery. V neck with embroidered trim. Empire waist. Fully lined. Embroidered ruffled hem and sleeves. Brand name tag is missing, however the fabric tag says Anthropologie. Size tag is missing. Medium or large. See measurements below.
