pharaoess@asomsen22 hello and thank you for your interest. This CAN fit overhead but it’s not stretchy. It’s a satiny sensation fabric, delicate looking yet sturdy. It’s buttoned up first, then turned around, as in a bra. Free small gift with this purchase.
