High heeled boots 7.5

Burgundy high heel boots. 7 1/2. Very comfortable for heels. I only wore them once because they were to big. However they are scuffed because of being put in a closet. The inside and sole are in great condition but there is a good bit of peeling. Maybe could be fixed. Please see all photos for details. Send an offer!!
