jerseyglam@bbjmcdonald Hi! With this laid flat and measured one way across the bust is approx. 12 1/2". It's very stretchy as it is elastic smocking and will easily stretch to approx. 17"/18". Hope this helps :)

jerseyglam@erinowen13 Hello! The approx. length on these are 33 1/2" from shoulder to hem. A large may be a little small for an 8/10. I would probably recommend a large for about a 6/8.
