Hi! Is this a true size 4? Some designers tend to run small. Do you have bust and waist measurements (flat)? Thank you :)

@versacemama2010 hi! I’m pretty confident is it true to size. The bust is 15.5 inches and the waist is 13.5 laying flat (although I’m not the best as taking measurements). I was a 32DD when I wore it and wear a 4 in most clothing.
