Tulle Prom Dress

Got this dress on prom girl.com for prom 2018 and loved it so much I couldn’t part with it! So ill try to find it a new home for someones 2021 prom or any other event! These are the alterations that were done: - see up the deep v neck so it covers more chest - add padding to chest area - shorted dress (I am 5’3 normally. I wore 3 inch heels) My measurements: Waist: 25 in Bra: 32b Height: 5’3 Weight: 110 lbs Any questions let me know! It’s still in perfect condition as i only wore it once!
