mellowvines Waist measurement? Does the fabric stretch?

tinamarieh23 @mellowvines Hi, I would not say it is a stretchy material. As you can tell in one of the pictures it is lined and then the top material is more like a chiffon. As far as the measurements I’m going to take a picture for you so that you can see the waist and hip measurements.

tinamarieh23 @mellowvines I’m not exactly sure what’s going on but I’m having difficulty uploading a picture for you. If you look at the jumpsuit the waist where the band is is 15 inches. If you go a little lower the larger part of the hip is 19 inches. Hopefully this will help you if not please let me know.
