Vintage Talbots Zip-Up Hooded Cardigan Vest Sweater. Chocolate Color w Speckles of Colors thru out. It is a hooded vest. Zips closed, zipper works great. Only thing that I see is a small hole on shoulder area, please see pic. This could easily be fixed by sewing the Knit closed but wanted to be honest. This is a great piece, I’ve had it long enough for vests to come bk into style lol Worth every penny,
