Vintage 50s Checkered Plaid School Girl Dress S

Here's a cute school girl dress, very 50s. There's no label or tag. It is a shirtwaist dress with a full skirt. It comes with a matching belt. Measurements- Bust -34 (XS) Waist-26( no stretch) Hips-full- Shoulders-15- Arms-18-Circumference of skirt -spreads out to 46- Condition- In good condition for its age, there's some weakening of the underarm seams and I did locate a small hole forming on the front skirt.
